Integrated Plan

Every five years, the Delaware Division of Public Health submits its Integrated HIV Prevention & Care Plan to the US Healthcare Resource Service Administration.  The Integrated Plan contains Delaware’s plan for both care and prevention.  Click below to download a PDF of the plan.
